At The Red Hanger Boutique, our goal is to serve our loyal customers. Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we are here to help. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! Please look over your order as soon as you receive.
General Order Information
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
We will only accept one coupon code per order.

* Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. No returns on Louis Vuitton handmade items. You must contact the store within 3 business days after delivery of item to request a return.
* All returns must be received within 15 days from the date we ship our order.
* Original Tags must be attached and intact including The Red Hanger Boutique tag.
* Anything purchased at a discounted price of 20% or more is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
* Merchandise must remain unwashed, unworn, unaltered, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, animal hair, smell of cigarette smoke or other odors, or perfumes then items are nonrefundable.
* Intimate apparel, Bandeau, and Jewelry items are nonrefundable.
* Original Shipping is nonrefundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
* Gift Cards are nonrefundable
*Louis Vuitton Up-cycled Handmade items cannot be return or exchanged. This product(s) is made from up-cycled/re-purposed authentic Louis Vuitton canvas. The canvas is the only item that is made from authentic Louis Vuitton canvas. The item(s) listed is NOT a product manufactured by the company Louis Vuitton including the charms. No piece is exactly the same regarding cut. Remember this is handmade so there can be minor flaws which makes it unique and not defective. I have no affiliation with the Louis Vuitton. All orders are custom made per customer. Made with authentic Louis Vuitton canvas.
*No returns on handmade upcycled Louis Vuitton items. When purchasing any of the handmade Upcycled items you are purchasing the time and labor to create the piece which means you are not purchasing/buying the authentic Louis Vuitton canvas. The canvas is given free with the purchase of the labor and time it took to create the unique piece. We do not sell the authentic Louis Vuitton canvas that came from a vintage used handbag or garment bag.
Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense.

Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days of receiving your return. Include your Original receipt, Refund form, Original Packaging, All Tags still attached to item. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damage return packages. An email confirmation with your gift card will be sent when your refund has been issued.
Since our items sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. To ensure you get the new item before it sells out, we ask that you place an order right away. We will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as possible.
Damage or Defective
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, Contact our customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order with a photo of the defect as well as a photo with the original tags still attached otherwise it will be considered wear and tear. After 3 days your item will no longer qualify for a return.
Clothing pattern may vary. Due to photography lenses, outdoor or indoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions, the exact colors of merchandise may vary. This does not qualify as defects.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
The Red Hanger Boutique will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged "return" packages. If sending/mailing a "return" item back to us please purchase tracking and insurance.
Orders that are mailed: If tracking shows the package was delivered to customer's address but package is "Missing/Lost/Stolen" please contact your Post Office. Once item has been scanned by the post office and shows delivered to the address you provided it is out of hands. Please purchase insurance and signature required to insure your order/package. We are will not be held responsible for what happens to any package after it was delivered.
Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. We unfortunately cannot guarantee shipping timeframe once the package has left our hands.
